Returns & Refunds

Every QuirkFit item is printed to order just for you, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind. Please double-check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: Contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@quirkfit.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 15+ days, email us and we’ll reship at no cost.

Wrong address: If a package is returned because the address you entered was incorrect or undeliverable, we can reship once you cover the new shipping cost.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
